It may just be me, but fall has been spectacular and brilliant this year!
In this season of thankfulness, here is but one reason I am content and happy to live where I live. While we were out driving amongst the serene beauty of nature Wednesday, three deer scampered out of the woods and across the road in front of us. They quickly disappeared into the forest on the other side of the road.
Amongst all of this, it was so easy to forget the worries on the mind and just how close to a bustling metropolis we really live. It was also easy to be transported in time to another place and time.
