Cookie Road Trip – California
By Beverly Hicks Burch
California is one of our most populous states and has one of the highest cost of living. Known for Hollywood and earthquakes, there really is much more to California. There is some great natural beauty in the state also.
A lot of food fads, crazes and styles come from California, but this cookie recipe is about as All-American as you can get…and it’s no-bake, too! The recipe was submitted by Ann Lanfair.
I’m not really sure what the recipe has to do with California, although I do know there are some world class golf courses in California. But, in honor of THE big event taking place near where I live I thought it would be a good time to share this recipe.
