I’m still playing catch up with my recipe reference posts and today’s post is a yummy and super easy corn soup. I have loved corn since I was a wee lass and my Papaw grew it in his garden. Back then out in the country folks called corn on the cob “roastin’ ears”.
This soup is easy and doesn’t required many ingredients but the pay off is big in taste. I also get to use T & H’s immersion blender (stick blender) which is a whole lot of fun to use and beats dragging out the big ole counter top model!
